Route de Rah-Rah - B.P. 1156
Tanger - Morocco
Established in 1917 and modified in 1967 by Cotton and Pennink, the Tangiers Royal Golf Club is famed as one of the oldest on African soil, and stands as a symbol for Morocco’s passion for the game. In a superb natural setting, encircled by hills and majestic trees, its 18 holes undulate through cypress, pines, and eucalyptus, across the mountainside, descending and reascending in surroundings ideal for creation of a demanding and interesting course. The rewards make it well worthwhile, with the roofs of Tangiers, the white city, stretching to the horizon. The hospitable clubhouse’s green-tiled veranda gives onto a spacious garden embellished with a fountain, overlooking the putting ground and the practice area.
